Find a Clinical Trial

Searching for a clinical trial can feel daunting. The tools below give you different ways to find one, from guided and plain-language to the full government database.

SavaAI

Get personalized, plain-language trial guidance based on your situation and location.

  • Ask questions about how to find trials and get practical follow-up tips.
  • Explore trial information in plain language, including the science behind trials you may be matched to.
  • Benefit from ongoing updates shaped by clinician and community feedback.

SavaAI is a clinical trial matching tool provided by our partner EverythingALS. It opens on their site, where the information you share is collected and handled by EverythingALS. SavaAI is for informational purposes and does not provide medical advice or determine trial eligibility.

Questions or feedback about navigating SavaAI can be shared in the tool or by emailing info@everythingals.org.

ALS Trial Navigator

Developed by the ALS Therapy Development Institute, the ALS Trial Navigator lets you filter trials by location, type, and eligibility. It updates daily from public sources, so the information stays current.

ClinicalTrials.gov

ClinicalTrials.gov is the official U.S. government database that powers the tools above. It lists every trial enrolling in the United States and most worldwide. Searching it directly gives you everything with no filtering. Tip: search Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis rather than ALS to find the right studies.
